These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through refaby.co.uk, operated by REFABY Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, including their materials, colours, measurements and fit.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Our collections are available in limited quantities, and all products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we'll contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable item.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging that we've received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally through our dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order where reasonably necessary, including if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If we've already received payment for an order we cannot fulfil, we'll refund the amount paid.

Prices & payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout, including Stripe-supported payment options.

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions. Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be combined.

REFABY currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, busy periods or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Order cancellation

For eligible orders, we offer a convenient self-service cancellation option through your customer account within one hour of placing an order, provided it has not entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

This one-hour feature does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Changing your mind

For most online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Our prepaid return service costs £3 per return shipment for eligible change-of-mind returns when you use that service. This charge is deducted from your refund.

For qualifying statutory cancellations, we refund the relevant product price and, where required, the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery upgrades are not normally refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. We will provide the remedies required by law, including covering reasonable return costs where applicable.

You may be able to create a REFABY account using an email address and password or supported social login services.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or managing your account.

Where guest checkout is available, creating an account is not required to place an order.

Our website and its content, including product photography, text, designs and branding, are owned by REFABY or used with appropriate permission.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or reproduce our content commercially without permission.

We may update or temporarily suspend website features for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts, as permitted by law.
