We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available options are displayed at checkout.

Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on your device, browser and payment configuration.

Your payment security is important to us. Card payments and supported digital wallets are processed securely through Stripe, while PayPal payments are handled through PayPal.

REFABY does not store your full payment card details.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

If your payment is unsuccessful, please check your payment details or try another available payment method.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

For payments processed through Stripe, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after being issued, depending on your bank or card provider. PayPal refund times may vary.
