Shipping

We offer simple and low-impact shipping options within the UK.

Standard Delivery (Free)

We offer free standard home delivery on all orders.
Orders are delivered within 4–6 working days after you receive your order confirmation email.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional £4.50.
Orders placed with express delivery will be delivered within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

Shipping Location

At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

Returns

We aim to keep our prices as considered and accessible as possible. For this reason, return shipping costs are not included unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
In line with UK consumer law, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Studio Made (New Items)

Studio Made pieces may be returned within 14 days if they are:
– Unused
– Unworn
– In their original condition, with tags attached

For returns due to change of mind or fit, a £4.50 return shipping cost applies.
We’ll provide a return label for convenience, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Thrifted Finds (Second-hand Items)

Thrifted Finds are carefully selected second-hand garments. Each item is checked and described honestly.
Returns are accepted only if the item is significantly not as described.
Minor signs of wear shown or mentioned at the time of purchase are not considered faults.
The £4.50 return shipping cost applies in the same way as above for non-faulty returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or you receive the wrong product, return shipping is fully covered by us and no deductions will be made from your refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this promptly.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@refaby.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including:
– Your order number
– The item you wish to return
– A short explanation

Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or provider to process the refund.
